The basic idea is simple: we listen to the customers and respond to their needs flexibly and rapidly. Our service is not concluded with the product delivery; we keep up continuous, close dialogues with end users, machine manufacturers and distributors, regardless of the time and place.

New innovations stem from the field. The extensive product range, careful testing, tailored wheel solutions, efficient production and decades of accumulated professional expertise guarantee fast, efficient responses to our customers’ needs.
We master the entire delivery chain. We find a rim supplier that meets the customer’s order requirements and wishes and make sure that the tyre delivery process entails no extra storage, logistics or expensive production interruptions.

After the delivery, our technical customer service takes its turn in our service chain. Partners and local tyre outlets, such as the Vianor tyre chain, handle the replacement and maintenance of second-hand wheel solutions.
